Andrew Reid’s New Market Research Technology Company Attracts New Enterprise Clients, Grows to 25 Employees
Vancouver, BC - May 8, 2019 - Rival Technologies (Rival) today announced the appointment of Venetia Verdicchio as Senior Security Manager. In this new role, Verdicchio will lead security, compliance and privacy efforts for the company’s insight platform.
Prior to joining Rival, Verdicchio was Senior Manager, IT Security and Compliance, at Hyperwallet, a Vancouver-based fintech company acquired by PayPal in 2018. Her specialization is governance, risk, and compliance with a focus on data protection and audits, including SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.
Verdicchio’s appointment is timely as Rival recently announced the official launch of its platform Chat Lab and is quickly adding new global brands to its growing client-base.
